SCOPE AND MODIFICATION OF THE AGREEMENT

CONTESTS
TheSoftware occasionally presents Contests where participants can have the opportunity to win promotional prizes and other awards. To enter these Contests, you must provide accurate and truthful information through the designated registration form and adhere to the Official Contest Rules. By doing so, you become eligible for a chance to win the prizes offered in each Contest. It is mandatory to complete the appropriate entry form with current, accurate, and complete Contest Registration Data. TheSoftware reserves the right to decline any Contest Registration Data that is deemed fraudulent, incomplete, a duplicate, or otherwise unacceptable in the sole discretion of TheSoftware. LICENSE GRANT

Additionally, you may not take any action that places an unreasonable or disproportionately large burden on TheSoftware’s infrastructure. Your right to access and use the Website, Content, Contests, and/or Services is not transferable.

HYPERLINKING TO THE WEBSITE, CO-BRANDING, “FRAMING” AND/OR REFERENCING THE WEBSITE PROHIBITED
No one is allowed to hyperlink the Website, including its logotypes, trademarks, branding, or copyrighted material, to their own website or web venue without express authorization from TheSoftware. The act of ‘framing’ the Website or referencing its Uniform Resource Locator (”URL”) in any commercial or non-commercial media is strictly prohibited without prior, written permission from TheSoftware.
